GoldSoil Realty Investments is a Premier Land Investment Company based in Austin TX that buys, sells, wholesale, and finances land to builders and individual land buyers. We have been in business for more than 5 years now and closed several real estate transactions successfully in different States & Counties in the USA.

Whom are we looking for?
We are looking for a ROCKSTAR Candidate to join our Transaction Closing team

Scope of Work:
Your core job will be to create marketing collateral and list it on various marketing platforms
You are expected to have a basic understanding of how Real Estate transactions are worked with the seller, buyer, and the title companies
You are expected to set up closings working with the title company from start to finish
Basic knowledge of different types of transactions like Assignment (Wholesaler), Buy and Sell are a huge plus.
Working knowledge of real estate contracts and using the information to complete the contracts to send to the seller, buyer, and then to the transaction company
Basic knowledge of HUD statements, Title Commitment, and Closing Docs is a huge plus
Familiar with working with Realtors in getting a deal closed is needed
Ability to manage time and manage multiple listings at the same time
Familiar with tools like DocuSign to send and receive contacts is needed

Eligibility Requirements:
Ability to work between 8 am - 5 pm CT time. Weekends are available if the candidate is willing to work

MUST MEET SYSTEM/EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Laptop/desktop with at least 4GB RAM and i3 processor
Stable internet connection of at least 10mbps
Private and Quiet Work Environment
Backup internet and power source
USB headset with noise cancellation feature
