VA

Position - Looking for an assistant, a VA, to do SEO work for clients with me, the CEO at a small web design agency, with a small local team. I do not have enough hours in the day to get clients and do the work on their websites as well. If you have the right attitude, we can teach you the tasks. The option is there for you to train someone up to do the SEO work in the future, if you want to work more with our Marketing channels or content creation.

Basically, I spend my days marketing our services through our website and in LinkedIn, getting new clients, then managing the clients websites or doing *seo for them. to get clients for their business *Search Engine Optimisation. This lack of time makes it hard to grow the business.

English - Good understanding of English is a must, if you want to do this work comfortably, although there is no real need to speak with any of the clients.

Hours - I would like to transfer as many of my hours as possible to you. Maybe we could start with 10 hours a week if you want. We do want to move to 20, 30 or 40 hours a week as soon as possible, depending on which tasks you can take off me.

Time - You can work in your own preferred hours, to suit your own lifestyle. We can arrange to engage at a time to suit you such as 6.00 or 7.00 pm your time.

Salary - The bottom line is that the more tasks you can take on and the more effective or valuable you are to our clients the more we can pay you. 25,000 to 40,000 php

Nice to have skills but not essential :
Graphic design/WordPress web design, ideally with Divi, Active Campaign Video editor, Canva, etc.
Platforms or tools we use include WordPress with Divi, Active Campaign, Linkedin, Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs
