Woman Owned, 8 Year Old Social Media management company is searching for an SEO Manager to help round out our team.

You will be responsible for all search engine optimization and marketing activities for our current and growing client ---------- O activities include content strategy, link building, monthly client reports and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.

This Job is NOT for You IF:
The idea of working in SEMrush all day every day makes you want to go to sleep
You need outside direction for tasks every day
You are not Woke
You don’t work well with deadlines

The Following Qualifications are a Must:
Thorough Knowledge of SEMrush and experience with SEO industry programs and tools such as Google Analytics, AHREFs, and Google Search Console
The ability to explain reports and keyword research to Social Media Managers within the company to help focus marketing strategies and spark content ideas
Attend Company Meetings Twice a Month
Excellent writing skills
Basic knowledge of Wordpress, Wix and Squarespace sites
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
Have a complete understanding of standard and accepted (White hat) SEO practices, and strategies and Black hat strategies so you know what to avoid.

The Following Qualifications are a Plus:
You’ve managed a team before
You are familiar with Trello and Slack
You’re familiar with Agency Analytics
You love dogs

This full time position is permanent and offers room for growth to eventually manage an SEO team.
