Hi, I'm Brian Miller.

I'm a former magician turned author, speaker, and consultant on human connection. My TEDx talk "How to Magically Connect with Anyone" has been viewed 3.5 million times, my podcast Beyond Networking features legends and leaders of industries, and I'm the No. 1 search result in the world for human connection specialists.

I've been editing my own YouTube videos since 2009, and I no longer have time. I'm looking for an experienced video editor to:

1. Edit 1-2 simple talking head videos per week (average length 4-10 min);
2. Create micro content for social media from those videos (YT shorts, Insta reels, LinkedIn videos with captions, etc)
3. Occasionally edit short clips from long form podcast interviews for YT

Requirements:
- Utilize ---------- or similar for notes & revision
- Edit 4k footage and export in 1080p
- Process audio with basic noise reduction, EQ, and compression
- Level normalize final files to specific LUFS settings
- Add graphics, overlays, stock footage, music (I have subscriptions to Storyblocks and Epidemic Sound)
- Upload directly to my YT account
- Create thumbnails
- 2 day max turnaround per video

- Has original creative ideas and not afraid to share them
- Super attention to detail (the little things matter to me)

Salary: $500 USD per month, paid bi-weekly.
