Client Success Manager

Our growing agency is looking to hire a Client Success Manager. You need to be able to explain what we do and what kind of strategy we are using for our clients. You need to be able to work with the team and be able to communicate with the direct subject matter experts of each department. You need to be able to manage getting clients assigned to you through our process and into the most successful thing that that client could get from our company. You are responsible in making sure that our clients are happy with all the services that the team is providing.

Requirements:
- Flawless English in both writing and conversing
- Can and will ensure Client Success
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to manage others
- GoHighLevel knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with Clickup is an advantage
