Customer Service Team Member Needed

I’m looking for a very detail oriented person to join our team. You must have excellent English speaking skills because you will be talking with our customers, who are based in the United States, over the phone.

We run an educational company that teaches people how to start and run their own Etsy shops. Our website is http://eshopmarketer.com/ and out Etsy shop is https://www.etsy.com/shop/WallDecalSource.

We are based out of the US and currently have several long time team members from the Philippines working with us right now, we have a lot of experience working with people from the Philippines.

If you become one of our team members your job responsibilities would be the following.
=> Responding to customer service emails
=> Handling customer accounts, passwords, emails, turning subscriptions off, changing membership access, etc.
=> Working in our CRM Infusionsoft
=> Reviewing customer's Etsy shops and giving them feedback on it
=> Responding to Facebook comments

We will train you how to do these things on Google Hangout meetings so that you can ask questions. You will work our team members every day and be able to ask them questions, work with them on projects, discuss customer details, etc.
