Job Description:

- Hire, train and manage every tea ---------- mber of the Sales team
- Establish the sales team’s goals and be able to achieve them 100%
- Develop annual sales quotas and targets
- Track progress towards established goals and adjust accordingly if needed
- Suggest improvements and innovations to cope with the current industry standards
- Identify blind spots in Sales Representatives’ knowledge to ensure that necessary trainings are provided
- Identify the gap between the current status versus the goals to ensure that they will be achieved
Job Qualifications:

- Must have at least 3 years of experience in handling whole Sales Operations
- Excellent ability to hire, train and manage people to be able to reach targets
- Must have previous experience in sales management for cold-calling and over-the-phone selling
- Experience in building and managing a team is also a requirement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create and implement sales plans and strategies - Excellent data analysis skills
- A SUPERSTAR when it comes to sales and leadership
