General VA for E-commerce Related Activities

VA for Research and General Office Support - Part Time to Start
For: Online Businesses Owner - eCommerce, Consulting and Coaching
Excellent Written English Skills- Must reside in the Philippines
Wage $3 to $4 per hour U.S.
Initial 10-15 hours per week, potential to full-time

Core Duties
Follow processes to conduct online research on various websites primarily for retail, wholesale and import products and opportunities (training provided)
Conduct research on tradeshows and vendors using supplied criteria
Conduct other research on bloggers and competitors (details provided)
Complete, update and maintain Excel spreadsheets
Help organize and maintain documents and folders on Google Drive (Google Apps)
Check and prioritize emails (funnel customer service requests)
Create and maintain spreadsheets on login information, accounts and other information as requested
Use ToDoist, Trello, Google Apps, Google Drive Excel and Word to manage Work
Ability to log into Wordpress sites and make sure software and plugins are kept up to date
Knowledge of Pinterest and other social media platforms and ability to post
Knowledge of graphics

Previous ecommerce/Amazon experience a plus

Product & Prospect Sourcing
- Product Research (Jungle Scout)
- Patent research
- Dislikes/likes of similar competing products on Amazon and other sales channels
- Find, research and vett suppliers (Alibaba and other channels provided)
- Research and compile information on wholesale and brick and mortar consulting prospects

Product Management

- Keyword research with Keyword Inspector
- Manage image preparation (white background)
- Weekly inventor tracking
- Monitor reviews
- Customer service emails in the U.S.

Details
I work from the U.S. Central Standard Time. You will receive training via phone calls, video and email on the tasks listed. I have worked with hiring and training many people and am patient and want you to succeed, but also expect a good level of productivity. I’m very easy to work with.
This is an initial 3-4 week assignment while I train you and we learn if this is a good fit for both of us. If it is, then you will continue on part-time initially moving to fulltime in 3-6 months (or possibly less) if you desire.
