1. Create a Facebook Business Page that is not branded - similar to “Crush It In Real
Estate”. Pick a name that communicates agent productivity or training.
2. Create an instagram page with the same exact name.
3. Create a youtube page with the same exact name.
4. Get the emails of every agent in the marketplace. (WE are not hiring everyone, but
we want everyone to know we are hiring)
5. Upload all of the emails in an email platform so that you can send to them
consistently.
6. Pick a top 100 target list (Make sure they are all also your friends on Facebook)
7. Start creating content Value Based/Business Tip Providing Videos.
A. Begin with two videos a week for first 2 weeks to get the content built up.
B. Post on your new business page
C. Boost to custom audience of agents that you uploaded for $5 - $10 a day. (Target the
top Real Estate Trainers
D. Share to your personal page. (A MUST)
E. Post the entire video to IG TV.
F. Post entire video to your youtube page.
G. Email video to entire database.
H. Daily use the boosted post and do the following: Hit share button, and then choose the
“send in messenger” option. Send only 20 a day for 5 days (hitting your top 100 in one

week). If you send more than 20 you are risking altering Facebook that you are
spamming
