Are you looking to assist the head of a real estate firm with marketing and other important responsibilities? We are looking to hire a full time Marketing Manager/Exec Assistant. Let us know why you like marketing in your email to us.
The role has multiple responsibilities. Some of them are creative. Some are analytical. They all require critical thinking. This is a fairly new role so it will be a growing experience for both of us.

Marketing Social Media Posting
* Respond to reviews online
* Post to social media channels (Zoho helps with this)
* Pursue clients of weak competitor firms per plan (I’m a planner!)

CRM (Zoho)
* Track our leads and conversions through Zoho CRM. If you have Zoho experience, please let us know!
* Email articles and campaigns
* Drip Campaign Creation and Management
* Scraping the web for email addresses

Networking
* Scheduling meetings
* US Networking Group

Here are the details:

This will be during NY hours.
