Digital Coordinator

Digital coordinator will help us support and improve our digital marketing efforts. Tracking campaign progress, developing various digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, collating content, updating online assets, streamlining digital marketing production, and handling general digital marketing activities are all responsibilities of the digital marketing coordinator. Your creative thinking talents and methods will be critical in driving our digital story, increasing our organization's image, strengthening client digital communication, and stimulating company growth through effective campaigns.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

- Support execution of marketing initiatives.
- Provide support to the Account/Performance Manager in making sure client deliverables are accomplished and digital
specialists are on top of tasks assigned to them
- Accomplish ad hoc tasks assigned by the Account/Performance Manager
- Assist in ensuring project timelines and directions are adhered to
- Check that tasks on the project management platform are assigned and actioned by the tea ---------- mbers
- Monitor progress of work to provide status updates to management as needed and maintains various spreadsheets and
databases


IDEAL PROFILE

- Degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or equivalent.
- Highly organized.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Project management or administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Social media savvy – digital marketing coordinators are familiar with current social media platforms and their effectiveness in
promoting services and products to targeted audiences.
- Understanding of the digital and social media industries.
- 2 + years of practical working experience in ad trafficking or digital VA roles.
- Willing to work in Sydney time zone or 6 am to 3 pm PH time.
