- Document lead times for purchase orders, shipments, warehouse inventory transfers and improve/shorten them
- Determine/calculate how finished goods should be shipped (air vs sea) in order for us to stay in stock
- Negotiate with current suppliers to keep our COGS low as a company or identify new suppliers that can maintain our quality standards while reducing costs
- Update product COGS as new purchase orders are completed
- Schedule product inspections, review inspection reports and relay problems/issues back to suppliers and determine whether goods need to be reworked or are ok to be shipped to the USA
- Build & maintain strong relationship with our suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and other inventory partners - communicate with them on the platforms that work best for them
- Inform warehouse partners for receiving/sending inventory
- Ensure shipment cartons are labeled correctly by our suppliers to be received without issues/delays by warehouse partners
- Create inventory transfers from local warehouses to Amazon Fulfillment centers
- Determine best method for shipping in inventory to Amazon (i.e. pallet load vs small parcel delivery)

You’re responsible for maintaining a 100% in stock rate with our FBA inventory and planning appropriately to ensure this happens. You will lower our product manufacturing COGS, shipment fees, and inventory transfer costs by researching the options and calculating which option makes the most sense.
