=== THE GREAT WORK YOU WILL BE DOING ===
• Assisting our awesome finance manager with her tasks and reports
• Events and programs administration
• Updating our database
• A variety of general virtual assistant and administration tasks
• Other administration, finance related or customer service tasks as required
• The ability to grow into other new tasks as you become more experienced

=== SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED ===
• Excellent written English skills (ONLY apply if you have excellent English skills. You will be thoroughly tested throughout the interview process because we are looking for the right match)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration role, preferably working from home and with finance experience
• Strong organisation skills
• Self-motivated “can do” attitude is a must
• Ability to see through tasks from beginning to end
• Quick learner, loves to learn and grow
• High attention to detail and logical thinker
• Finance/collections experience is preferred
• Customer Service experience is a bonus
• An interest in personal development or business education a bonus

• 30,000 - 50,000 PHP depending on skills and experience
• Plus 13th month
• Free online training courses for you to promote your growth and development (normally sold for $1500 USD)
• Flexibility in start and finish times, days off (note that you’ll will be required to work approximately 10 Sundays throughout the year in which you will have a day in lieu for)
