JOB OVERVIEW

Online Business Manager | Integrator needed to organize the work flow for my blog, Founders Go Here.

We are an affiliate web site, recommending things like software for startups, crowdfunding platforms and hiring resources such as how to hire virtual assistants.

This role will start on a per-task basis, with no guarantee of set hours, and can evolve as we get to know each other. Since I have a premium account, you can get assigned to an OnlineJobs.ph mentor.

Founders Go Here is The Ultimate Startup Blog for those outside the stereotypical startup ---------- 's a new resource for entrepreneurs, created by entrepreneurs.

The mission of this role is to put pieces in place so that they run smoothly -- more specifically help me get an organized system in place to create content and get it posted on my blog, on Medium, Instagram Reels, YouTube, TikTok, and to set up an email marketing system so I can send regular newsletters. You will also set up systems to help me to promote the blog.

I don't expect you to know how to do everything under the sun. For example, I don't expect you to be an expert graphic designer. What I do expect is that when we need experts, like a graphic designer, that you will be able to help me source and recruit the right person for the job.

I already have the brand guide, home page, about us, some keyword research, 2 articles, customer journeys, content pillars, client avatar, SEO keywords and social tags, logo, social post briefing templates, blog post templates, forum post content brief templates, scheduled podcast interviews, and more.

The web site is currently being created by someone who I hired on this site -- it's not complete and still needs changes, but it's up.

My strengths are in vision, outreach, deep understanding of the target client, experience with affiliate programs. I like to write and it works well for me when someone else does the keyword and competitor research, then creates an outline for me to work with, then I ideally hand it back to an editor and then a VA puts it all together with tags, slugs, table of contents, etc.

I need help in organization, integration, processes and systems and I know that putting system in place is one of the most important things for me to do next. That's where you come in! .

The ideal candidate: is looking for a long-term role with a startup that can grow over ---------- municates clearly and directly.
Has OBM, Integrator experience -- preferably with blogs that monetize through affiliate programs.
Is very organized and detail oriented.
Is reliable.
Will communicate if they need more resources or more time to complete a task.

Tech Stack: Asana, G Suite, Wordpress Beaver, Canva, Loom, Slack, LinkedIn, Zapier, Fiverr and others

You must have strong written command of English language
