JOB DESCRIPTION/ JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male/Female not more than 35 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent
- With at least 2 years working experience from a security industry is an advantage
- Able to work with minimal supervision and goal oriented
- Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City

- Employee and labor relations: able to discuss & implement Company’s policies & procedure
- Training and Organizational Development: able to program skills development of employees
- Office Administration: able to systematically organize office set up
