We are not just looking for a VA. We are looking for a partner and potential manager.

Main duties include:

-Cold Calling Real Estate Investors
-Entering Investor information into Podio CRM
-Using Automatic Dialer
-List Building
-Finding More Real Estate Professionals to Cold Call

This position has room for promotion into a hourly and commission position as a disposition manager.
You would then email, text, or call, the investors in Podio to show them properties for them to purchase.
