Recruiter

Qualifications:
At least 3 yrs experience in Recruitment (Recruitment operations) for the Contact Center Industry
Has experience in pooling and screening candidates specific to hotel and hospitality reservation campaign
At least 2 yrs Recruitment Specialist level or above experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self managed with Strong decision-making skills
Can work on a base schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Should be physically situated anywhere in Visayas, Mindanao or Northern Luzon
Is Social Media, Tech Savvy

Job Description:
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Help manage online Sourcing and Social media channels

Must Have:
Your own laptop/PC - 8 GB, iCore3 6th gen and up
Noise Cancelling headset
Work from home set up
Stable internet (50 Mbps download / 30 mbps upload)
This is a permanent work from home set up.
