Job Brief:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Manager who is experienced with managing employees and developing recruitment strategies, recruiting from diverse pools of candidates, performance reviews & disciplinary actions.
About us:

My company has been in operation since 1999, and we are constantly expanding our workforce. Over the last 10 years, we've had a lot of virtual assistants. My primary virtual assistant has been with me for 10 years. As of now, I have 56 full-time online employees.

We're seeking someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, a problem solver and knows how to stay flexible and adaptable. Must be capable of completing projects on time with minimal supervision.

These are the most important tasks you will do on a daily basis. You must be open and comfortable doing this for a fixed 8-hour shift / 5 days a week. We operate 24/7 and you must be open to rotational shift work.

Responsibilities:
Organizational Chart
Maintain an up-to-date company and process organizational chart.

Employee Relations
Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using standards and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes.
Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, benefits, and other personnel packages.
Provide direction, guidance, and counselling to the management team on best practices, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance, employee engagement, workforce planning, and appropriate handling of all other HR-related issues.



Recruitment
Collaborate with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs.
Manage the staffing process, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and smooth onboarding.
Conducts applicant’s references and performs background checks required by the ---------- pensation & Benefits
Responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards, perks and benefits.

Training & Development
Design and implement effective training plans for new and existing hires.

Performance Evaluation
Track employee KPI’s and recommend improvements when required.
Identify and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement.
Support and promote the company’s reputation as the best place to work.
Maintaining employee and workplace confidentiality.
Performs other duties as assigned.


Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic business ---------- monstrated problem-solving and consulting skills.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
Must have a good knowledge of current employment practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, GSuite and Hubstaff.
