Expert Wanted For vBulletin + Wordpress Social Project From Scratch With Integrated Membership - 40 000 PHP

You will get paid 40 000 php for this project.

I'm looking for a single expert or a team of experts who already "clicked" with each other. You have to have fluent english and strong experience working on similar professional projects:

- memberships sites, from scratch
- database integrations
- strong PHP skills and experience
- exemlpes of great webdesigns under your belt (minimalistic but effective, think Apple products)
- "crossbrowsering"

Here is what needs to be done:

- set up vbulletin board and make it paid-membership-ready

- set up WP Thesis blog with some customization

- make both seems like "one site" design-wise. Make desing and layout from scratch (I have hand-writen detailed scratches of what it has to be look like)

- integrate forum and blog under one interface so after log-in a user gain access to both

- Membership customization has to include one profile for both (user pic and few details)

- software to trace multiple users with same log-in (to furter ban or caution)

Price tag for getting this project done (40 000) include 1 month maintainance and tweaking due testing.
