QA Automation Testing Engineer

You will be working collaboratively with a test development team to design and build automation that identifies problems with software applications and their root causes, also ensure timely and appropriate test coverage is attained by automating the test efforts following Agile Methodology.
- Work across teams and determine solutions impacting the core automation framework and its Components
- Design and execute automation scripts using open source tools
- Closely work with development team for triaging issues & clarifications as part of day to day delivery
- Assist teams with manual testing as needed
- Monitor and report on exceptions and other stability metrics

Skills:
- Write automation tests in TypeScript / Node.js ( ---------- ) and/or related technologies
- Experience writing and maintaining test cases for software development
- Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Programming and its core principles.
- Good functional testing skills
- Familiarity with REST APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (I.e. GitHub, Jenkins)
- Working knowledge with Selenium/Appium and Cucumber/Gherkin/BDD
- Strong verbal/written English skills
