We are Blackwater Associates Inc., a rapidly-expanding brokerage in New York City specializing in residential rentals. We are currently in need of talent with extremely professional presentation and language skills. Extensive experience in a fast-paced work environment is strongly preferred. Legal experience is a plus but not a dealbreaker!

PREFERRED:

• Has a legal background
• Living in Manila or nearby urban areas

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Fast internet speed with backup.
2. A Core i5/Ryzen 5 (or higher) Laptop or Desktop with at least 8GB of RAM.
3. Backup device/s (iPhone or top-quality Android phone)
4. A noise-canceling VOIP headset.
5. A well-lit and comfortable workstation.

REQUIRED:
1. Able to work full-time, EST.
2. Extremely organized.
3. Perfect English communication, both oral and written.
4. If currently employed, willing to leave the present job for full-time commitment with Blackwater.
5. Has personal goals and an ethical standard.

COMPENSATION:
• Starting salary of $4.50/h;
• Raise to $6.50/h based on performance after the 90-day probationary period;
• Performance bonuses and personal goals collaboration
• Holiday and family time after probationary period.
