We are industry-leading digital marketing experts running a boutique social media advertising agency and coaching business looking to hire a Social Media Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced team.

Working at the forefront of digital marketing, we currently spend $100K a month across Facebook, Youtube, Google Display, Search, and Instagram. We have a top 100 podcast and have written an amazon international best-selling book.

We're looking for a new Social Media Marketing Manager to work from home.

Here's what we're looking for:

* Highly organized, you must have great attention to detail and be able to coordinate different projects simultaneously while keeping to tight deadlines
* Be out-going. tenacious, creative, and a good problem solver
* Be able to work well autonomously and be a "self-starter"
* Read, write and communicate in English fluently
* Desire and ability to learn new skills quickly
* Digitally fluent in all mainstream software and social media platforms including Facebook. Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, and LinkedIn
* 1-3 years experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or Outbound Lead Generation
* Able to work from 8 am - 5 pm BST (3 pm - 12 am PH time)
* Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20 Mbps

Job Role:

In this job role, you will be responsible for

* Develop and maintain a social media presence on any new or existing channels that are appropriate and beneficial to growing the brand
* Research and reach out to key partners, and potential clients and book calls with the sales team
* Keep all social media channels updated and aligned with current site branding/information
* Create and curate content to engage the fanbase with relevant articles, photos, and other media
* Plan, schedule, and deliver content to ensure timely engagement with our audiences
* Monitor key metrics such as engagement, website traffic, and followers
* Develop and manage interactive campaigns to promote awareness and drive increased traffic to websites
* Opportunistic posting to capitalize on topical events for additional exposure
* Monitor competitors' social media strategies and research new advancements across channels

This is not your regular job, we're a small and elite team that works hard to be at the forefront of digital marketing. You can earn anywhere from $5-$9 per hour (OTE bonus potential of an additional $400p/m) and yearly profit share based on our incentive structure.
