Job Summary
A Game Master/Community Manager acts as the front liner of the Company’s Support Team. Provides good customer support by answering inquiries from customers regarding all issues related to products, in-game activities and rules. Acts as an arbitrator and moderator for multiplayer role-playing, casual, First Person Shooter and mobile games. Enforces game rules, ensures game balance, monitors game bugs/hacks, facilitates events, performs maintenance activities and provides general customer service through the Ticketing System and media channels.
Key Responsibilities
•Communicate with customers to understand their needs and demands
•Ensure customer satisfaction and continuously improve service delivery
•Handle customer concerns through the use of a Ticketing system and media channels; (Facebook, Forums, etc.)
•Identify, test and confirm in-game bug reports and ensure that proper documentation is done
•Investigate and document complex issues, bugs, game exploits/hacks and other potential issues
•Conduct Maintenance activities (Server/Patch testing, etc.)
•Plan, create and implement innovative in-game/SNS events and other activities to improve customer participation and maintain a fun and cooperative gaming community.
•Manage game messaging, forum discussions and other SNS channel activities
•Process prize awarding requirements of events. This includes securing of the awards list, verification of winners and ensuring the correctness of prizes to be awarded.
•Review and Revise correct English game announcements before publishing in SNS.
•Other tasks as requested by the management

•Detail-oriented, organized, and highly-motivated
•Ability to work effectively and accurately under pressure
•Excellent for both verbal and written communication skills
•Can communicate well in English.
