Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you must:

-Possess excellent written and verbal English skills
-Be a capable writer who is able to craft clear and concise emails and letters to customers and vendors
-Have fast and dependable internet connection and top-notch equipment (computer/laptop, headset, and webcam)
-Have a dedicated workspace at home that is quiet and conducive to work on the phone
-Ability to work during US business hours (nighttime in the Philippines)
-Be organized and a stickler for details
-Come to work with a positive attitude and ready to learn
-Be able to follow established operating procedures, while also problem-solving and think independently

Bonus:
-Current or previous experience in BPO/Call Center environment
-Industry knowledge of US-real estate
