Sales Support Assistant

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Sales Support Assistant within the IT industry to join our team. As part of the launch of a number of software solutions you will play a key role in the success of these products

Your key requirements include:

Created quotations and proposals based on the requirements outlines by the sales team
Follow up proposal and quotations with customers
Negotiate customer agreements
Schedule client meeting for the sales team
Update the CRM with sales information
Process orders with distributors for accepted quotations
Liaise with the service and finance teams regarding orders and invoices

The ideal candidate will include:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative
Passion for technology, computers and sales
A degree in Computer Science, Business or Marketing or similar qualification
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Well developed organizational and time-management skills

This position is flexible to accommodate part time or freelance hours to suit the right candidate. Our office operates Monday to Friday, our team is split between Australia and Philippines.
