Website Design Director (Work from home)

We are looking at expanding our Filipino design team so we need a full-time experienced Website Design Director, that has a proven track record in designing websites for online marketers.

Your role will be to direct our Filipino designers to produce high-quality website designs for our clients with the goal to get our clients awesome results and conversions on their websites.

You will be paid weekly in PHP.

You will need to...
- Be self-motivated & reliable.
- Work at a reasonably fast pace.
- Give constructive criticism of the designer's work
- Be highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Be able to direct the designers to produce designs standard similar to our website folio here: ----------
- Have an understanding on how to design websites that use lead magnets & marketing funnels.
- Commit to a full-time position with the goal to work with us for at least two years.
- Be ethical, a team player and a good communicator.
- Have good English speaking & writing skills.
- Have fast & reliable computer & internet connection.
- Be prepared to speak to clients on Skype and Zoom.
- Be able to help manage our design projects, alongside our helpful assistant.
- Work full-time on weekdays only and within standard Filipino business hours.

You will have an advantage if you can also direct our designers on the following: logos, branding, infographics, social media images, slide decks, banner ads, blog post images, podcast covers, ebooks, flyers, etc.

We are an Australian business that has an excellent reputation for creating awesome-looking custom websites, branding, and marketing graphics for our clients all around the world.

We offer unlimited design revisions until approved so expect a lot of revision requests from our clients.

Summary:

The position will start with a fully paid full-time 2 week trial period, to see how well you can direct the designers. If your performance and talent are suitable we will offer you a permanent full-time position.
