Amazon FBA Admin VA - Customer Service Manager - US Pacific Standard Time Hours

Our company is a growing accessory startup that embodies high tech with high fashion. We are looking for a rockstar customer service manager and admin VA to join our team!

The Role:

We are looking for a versatile candidate who can be our customer service manager and be able to handle different types of administrative VA tasks. This is a full-time role from 8 am - 5 pm PST ( Pacific Standard Time)

Responsibilities:
- Handling customer service emails in less than 24 hours. Takes less than one hour a day and is required 7 days a week.
- Helping with PPC campaign creations and report creation
- Creating Amazon posts.
- Data entry tasks
- Handling reimbursements
- Managing negative reviews
- Variety of different VA tasks
- Managing IG and TikTok influencer communications
- Research tasks

Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
- Quick learner and detail-oriented
- Analytical, able to create reports
- Basic understanding of Amazon seller central
- Looking for a long term position
- Highly organized

Preferred not required:
- Experience in social media management
- Experience with influencer outreach
