Wordpress Header Graphics - Fantastic Designer

I need a someone who can produce EXCELLENT, HIGH quality header graphics for Wordpress sites.

You will also be doing the following:

* Building multiple Wordpress websites (daily)
* Configuring wordpress, themes (Thesis) and SEO plugins etc..
* Performing research and posting information to the websites.
* Doing basic "on page SEO"

When you apply, please tell me:

1. How many months/years experience do you really have in Wordpress? I'm talking about building other peoples sites, not your own.

2. Have you installed Wordpress themes & plugins? If yes, which ones?

3. Do you have any other special skills in addition to the above work? eg: video creation?

You must:

* Work for me full-time - 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.
* Be contactable during the day, preferably on Skype or IM.
* Be honest, reliable and hard working.
