Legal Nurse/Physician Consultant

I am looking for a nurse or physician to create medical chronologies of medical records for our legal cases. You will be responsible for working on a project by project basis and will need to:
(1) review records from multiple providers,
(2) you will need to put the medical treatment in a digestible format in chronological order,
(3) you will need to review any complaint of pain/pain scales, etc and will need to make sure to highlight for the attorney, and
(4) will be asked to review medical records to identify if there is medical negligence for medical malpractice and nursing home cases.
