All-around Ecommerce VA / Assistant

US based Ecommerce store looking to hire Full time Ecommerce Operation Support Virtual Assistants

This is a remote work-at-home position.

Work Schedule: 40+ hours / wk

Work Shift: EST (has the potential to switch to different hours / shift after the first 12 months)

Key Responsibilities:

** Shopify & Amazon webstore related (approx. 80% - 90%) - You will be working on tracking, updating, organizing various tasks and reporting to support our daily operations, including but not limited to: tracking sales per SKUs, adding products, editing product descriptions, editing basic images and videos, tracking inventory, installing apps perform user testing, researching etc.

** Customer service related (approx. 10%) - You will be taking care of customer inquiries assistance via chat/email/phone.

** Ad-hoc tasks

What to expect?
In the beginning, you can expect a lot of training that helps you to become up to speed to handle your daily tasks. After you have become proficient in your tasks we expect you to manage tasks through a project management software. We will have a daily meeting to discuss work and work closely through Slack.


Requirements for Applicants:

1+ most recent year working EST or PST shift - required
2+ most recent year experience as VA - required
+1 year(s) of experience managing/handling either Shopify or Amazon web store - required
+1 year(s) of experience in customer service preferred
+1 year of experience in BPO - preferred
Google Sheet proficiency - required
Proficient with Excel is required, Vlookup preferred
Strong English Skills read, write and understand English at a high level - required
Must be keen to learning new skills & used to researching using Google for work related content
Must be able to follow the agreed timeline and meet deadlines
Must be able to commit full time job, we believe two way street - we respect you and in return we also want you to not to freelancing with any other companies, if you choose to work with us
