Executive Assistant to American CEO

Join a remote EA and VA team supporting a famous American CEO! He was featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, and verified on Instagram and Twitter (LOL but true!). Your duties will include: answer emails, transcribe messages, perform data research, update spreadsheets, and more.

SALARY and Bonuses
- Salary range: 35,000 - 50,000 PHP per month, depending on experience.
- 60k PHP WFH stipend awarded after 3 months employment for purchase of computer hardware.
- Government dues are the responsibility of the applicant.

HOURS and Availability
Flexible based on CEO needs. Approx 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila ---------- cluding extended breaks for food and rest

REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent written and spoken English
- 50Mbps wired Internet connection
- Desktop or laptop required, plus headset and camera for audio & video
- Extreme attention to detail
- Quiet working area for attending meetings & video calls
- Social media savvy: you must have an active Instagram or Twitter account

DUTIES and Responsibilities
- Email inbox management
- Daily triage of messages, including compiling summary digests
- Message transcription
- Typing correspondence based on audio or video messages from the CEO
- Spreadsheet management
- Updating records in Airtable and Google Sheets
- Calendar and meeting management
- Google Calendar support based on emails and WhatsApp messages
- Travel support
- Purchasing airline tickets, hotel rooms
- Administrative duties
- Purchasing supplies on Amazon, ordering equipment
