Social Media Manager

Looking for someone who can manage my social media posts. Content is already created, I just need someone who will be efficient in managing that content; which would include posting the content to specific social media sites and my personal Wordpress blog, compiling new posts from already existing content and re-purposing existing content throughout them.

This person would need to be very comfortable in a social media setting, know their way around popular social media outlets like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and WordPress (potentially in the future with Periscope as well).

It will help if you have a creative side and know how to create eye catching graphics using smart phone apps, which I recommend. If you have experience with video editing, that is a plus as well.
