Customer Service Representative

Etsiera LLC is an e-commerce company based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The company has its own product lines and sells various products and is currently expanding to internet-related businesses and other sectors.

The company is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager in the Philippines to be part of our growing team.


JOB DESCRIPTION

- Customer service representative responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders.
- Assist in the processing of online purchases quickly and while providing superior service to customers.
- Process refunds, changes, replacements and cancellation of orders.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure the safe delivery of all packages.
- Answer emails and queries to suggest various product options that are available.
- Handles and solves customer complaints by inputting in the ticketing system.
- Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others
in organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
- Updates daily inventory of e-commerce platforms.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and dedication to exceed customer expectations and earn loyalty through accuracy,
efficiency, courtesy, and knowledge.
- Demonstrate knowledge of computer components to assist customers with technical questions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s Degree
- preferably with at least 3 years of experience as Customer Service Representative or equivalent
- Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills in English
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Adaptable to changes of environment
- Excellent computer skills Microsoft office tools and ability to learn new applications quickly.
- Reliable internet connection
- Own PC or laptop


SCHEDULE

Monday- Friday (7hrs) & Saturday (4hrs)
3:00 am - 7:00 am EST or 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST (1 hr break in between)


There will be 2 weeks trial in the beginning.
1st week:
2 hrs everyday from Mon to Sat
9.30am to 11.30am EST
Pay: $20/week

2nd week:
4 hrs everyday from Mon to Sat
8.00am to 12.00am EST
Pay: $50/week
