Must be Knowledgeable of the following:
- HTML5
- PHP
- JSON, AJAX
- jQuery
- CSS3(must be independent from bootstrap, skeleton, etc.)
- Wordpress(advance knowledge on hooks and filters, must be independent from plugins)
- Genesis Framework(intermediate knowledge is a plus but not required)

Web design skills is also a must.

Other skills we are looking for, but not required
- Opengraph
- Microdata
- tricks on web GUI(knowledge is a plus)
- knows his way around on various web hosting companies such as GoDaddy, 1and1, Amazon, Digital Ocean, etc.(knowledge is a plus)
