We are looking for a Transactional Coordinator with Real Estate background who will help create more improved systems and develop the team so that the company runs at a 90% success rate.
Expected Outcome from a Transactional Coordinator:
a. Will help 80% of the clients to close on a deal in 120 days or less
b. Establish visible KPIs with tracking with team having a 90% completion rate
c. Facilitate 1on1 and team meetings to improve team development
d. Oversee the hiring of A-Players
e. Oversee and setup (if necessary) systems, tech, etc to automate the business so all of our systems speak together (Keap, Learndash, Stripe, Reports, etc)
