Urgently Looking for Web Developers / Designers / Programmer x 8

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Web Developers / Designers to join our growing team in Australia!

We are looking for several Web Designers for contract work. They will be responsible for creating great websites for our clients. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our clients' branding. You will be working closely with our marketing manager and/or CEO to ensure a proper and hassle-free ---------- sired skills & experience

You’ll need at least 5 years experience developing responsive WordPress websites, preferably within an agency or building sites for clients as a freelancer.

a. Ability to develop custom WordPress websites efficiently and effectively based on provided design prototypes
b. Ability to write standards-based CSS, HTML and JavaScript
c. Strong PHP / WordPress development skills essential
d. WooCommerce experienced preferred, though not essential
e. Experience with CSS pre-processors
f. Experience with BEM coding framework preferred
g. Strong understanding of cross-browser / device compatibility issues
h. Comfortable working with version control and collaborating on the same repo as your teammates.
i. Experience with emerging web development technologies would be a bonus, though not essential eg. Progressive Web Apps, > Headless WordPress, REST API, modern coding languages, etc.
j. Demonstrable ability to diagnose, understand and fix technical performance issues

Note: Please don't apply if your experience is limited to assembling basic WordPress sites with third party themes and page builders like Elementor or Divi. We do work with these tools on some lower budget projects, however the majority of our projects require custom WordPress theme development skills using tools like ACF and Custom Post Types etc.
