We are looking for an awesome bookkeeper (with accounting/bookkeeping/finance background) to keep all our Xero data entry up to date for several
Responsibilities
a. Process payments including payroll, suppliers, superannuation etc.
b. Filing staff information and prepare contracts (HR documentation)
c. Dealing with customers and suppliers inquiry by
d. Invoicing and reconciling payment from customers
e. Managing bank and credit card reconciliations on a daily and monthly basis
f. Supervising accounts payable and receivable duties and resolving account discrepancies
g. Month end management reports
h. Balance sheet reconciliations
i. Performing any other duties as requested including filing
Skills and experience:
a. In addition to the above abilities, candidates should have the following attributes:
b. Strong Accounting knowledge
c. Australian Accounting standards knowledge, including GST application, payroll and tax system is highly regarded
d. Excellent bookkeeping and time management skills
e. Very good working knowledge of Excel, Word & Accounting Packages
f. Very strong attention to detail
g. Well-developed processing and problem-solving skills
h. Self-motivated and efficient
i. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
j. Positive & pro-active attitude
k. Ability to work to deadlines
l. Experience operating a computerized accounting system
m. Friendly & a team player
