JOB OVERVIEW

Job Brief:
I am currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic email marketing manager to be responsible for our end-to-end email marketing strategy, including writing copy, managing the email database, compiling a weekly customer newsletter, and more.

This individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams, particularly leadership, to identify how to best target user groups and develop the email content they’re seeking. The ideal candidate will collaborate across functions to deliver an effective email marketing strategy to meet the business objectives in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

About us:
My company has been in operation since 1999, and we are constantly expanding our workforce. Over the last 10 years, we've had a lot of virtual assistants. My primary virtual assistant has been with me for 10 years. As of now, I have 56 full-time online employees.

We're seeking someone who is self-motivated, resourceful, a problem solver and knows how to stay flexible and adaptable. Must be capable of completing projects on time with minimal supervision.

These are the most important tasks you will do on a daily basis. You must be open and comfortable doing this for a fixed 8-hour shift / 5 days a week. We operate 24/7 and you must be open to rotational shift work.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify our target email audience and grow our email list, using particularly placed sign up forms and gated content throughout the larger website
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. This includes (but is not limited to) developing copy and subject lines, designing email templates, building email lists, and more.
Manage and report on email marketing campaigns and results; use results to determine ROI, make suggestions for improvements, and establish best practices
Ensure prompt, accurate, and error-free communication with customers to build loyal relationships and minimize unsubscribes
Work with leadership to determine goals; report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
Maintain email database
Upgrade email sends through sourced graphics, customization, calls-to-action, and additional advanced features
Ensure emails follow industry standards and privacy policies
Requirements:
3+ years of email marketing experience, preferably in a related industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic business ---------- monstrated problem-solving and consulting skills.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
Must have a good knowledge of current employment practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, GSuite and Hubstaff.
