ABOUT THE ROLE
If you live and breathe SEM and Digital Marketing and want to work in a high growth environment, then we want to talk to you. We are looking for two Digital Performance Specialists (SEM/PPC) responsible for the execution and ongoing management of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels and platforms; including Google, Microsoft, and Facebook. The ideal candidates should have strong analytical, strategic marketing and leadership skills, and can identify new opportunities and trends, assist management teams and mentor colleagues.

These are contract roles and will be part of the marketing team reporting to the Digital Analyst. We are hiring two positions:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactive management of all paid marketing campaigns to ensure business objectives and key targets are met and are on budget.
Contribute to all SEM marketing initiatives with a focus on optimization, reducing CAC and driving growth.
Build, set-up, research, execute, manage and optimize PPC marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and others as needed.
Drive conversion optimization, through A/B testing, ad development and landing page strategy.
Continuously look for ways to improve campaigns and drive growth, including testing new ad copy, new channels, strategies, techniques and tools.
Work closely with our developers and agency partner, to ensure adequate tracking, analytics, goals and conversion pixels are setup and in place across the various domains and landing pages, including Google tag manager, ---------- n internal SEM reports and analysis, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Stay up to date on changes in the industry, trends and new strategies in SEO / SEM and CRO

Qualifications:
If you don’t know everything on this list that’s OK! We can teach you/you can learn. We’re looking for people willing to learn quickly and grow your skills. Ideally, you should have competency in at least basic search ads.

2-3 years experience working in, but not limited to, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
Experience with campaign analysis, keyword research, creative testing and more.
Some experience independently managing digital media campaigns
Experience collaborating with both internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines
Ability to perform business analysis and project management tasks
Experience in Google Sheets or Excel
Google Ads certification preferred
A good level of mathematical ability
Ability to think creatively
Excellent attention to detail.
