JOB OVERVIEW

Work hours 9am - 1pm PST (California) / 12am - 4am PHL
Part-time position, potential to become full-time in the future.

Must be:
Detail-oriented
Accurate and fast typer
Good grasp of written (American) English language
People person able to strike up conversations and communicate on social media well
Committed to the job

Responsibilities include:
Proactively engage with our community and build relationships with them on social channels
Manage (social media platform) group including, but not limited to outreach, posting questions and responding to comments
Identify possible clients and gently reach out to other groups
Answer and direct DM's; Customer support such as, but not limited to: messenger chat, directing to general FAQs, and login questions
Organizing Digital files
Respond to any imperative emails during the morning shift
Maintain an orderly filing system
CRM Management and Updating
Timesheet consolidation
Update contact information in Drive, Weebly & Dubsado
Add Amazon items to Lexia Learners' store
Research & Data Entry Must type quickly
Document Preparation
Document Sorting and Organization
Share stats with Digital Manager, as needed.
