Recruiter

A restaurant/event space located in NYC is looking to hire a talented recruiter to find talent and handle onboarding.

Responsibilities:
- Creating and posting ads on job posting sites
- Finding talent like DJs and performers for the venue
- Screening applicants
- Scheduling and conducting interviews
- Scheduling and conducting training/onboarding

Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment
- Can speak and write in English fluently
- Highly organized
- Must be able to work 11am-7pm EST
- Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Self-motivated and can commit long-term

Offer:
- Working hours: 11am-7pm EST (5 days a week)
- Starting salary: $1000
