Proposal Contract Creator

A restaurant/event space located in NYC is looking to hire a detail-oriented individual who can be trained to create proposals/contracts using the Tripleseat software. The proposals/contracts are prepared for incoming leads of private event bookings for our venue. This includes reservations for birthday parties, engagement parties, corporate events, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed proposals using the Tripleseat software
- Drafting contracts and setting appointments
- Entering leads into Tripleseat
- Following up on leads for private event bookings through email

Requirements:
- Experience in event management
- A good understanding of our business and the software (Training will be provided. But experience in a similar industry and with a similar software would be an advantage.)
- Can speak and write in English fluently
- Highly organized
- Must be able to work 11am-7pm EST
- Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Self-motivated and can commit long-term

Offer:
- Working hours: 11am-7pm EST (5 days a week)
- Starting salary: $1000
