Online Marketing / Web builder for crypto company

I'm building a web3 community. I'm looking for someone who could be my right hand person. Build out my website on webflow, create ads for facebook and ---------- , design the ads, possibly some video editing. Someone who is very well rounded in the web. And if you have any crypto background or knowledge, that's a huge plus.

This community is already going strong, and trying to take it to the next level. Many US millionaires already involved. This has the potential to be a very big company/DAO and you'd be getting in on the ground floor. You must have the right skills and right attitude to get things done. And also be able to give me ideas that I may not have thought ---------- pending on your how well you do helping me get this going quickly and how much success you help foster, you may earn equity in the DAO as we are going to have a group NFT as well as group tokens.

English proficiency is also very important.
