Qualifications;
With at least 1-year BPO experience as an agent - Customer Service, Tech, or Sales Rep
Plus another year of experience as a trainer/Learning and Development Representative
Great Communication Skills - with at least neutral English accent
High-Speed Internet - at least 10 MBPS
Back-up Internet Connection - at least 10 MBPS
Working Laptop/Desktop minimum i3 processor, 8GB RAM
