JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

• 8 am - 6 pm EST, Monday - Friday

• Provides support for a few Executives/CEO

• Standard diary management; taking minutes during meeting

• Provision of administrative and organizational support to Executives/CEO

• Dealing with incoming communication, correspondence on behalf of the Executives

• Building and maintaining strong working relationships both internally and with clients and other key contacts at all levels


Key Skills

• Ability to build and maintain relationships up to all levels both internally and externally

• Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively with minimal supervision

• Excellent communication and influencing skills

• Able to act as a credible representative for the executive

• Excellent MS Office and document creation skills

• Ability to think on feet and to react quickly to problems and solve them

• Flexibility, discretion, and ability to always respect the confidentiality

• Appetite for hard work and dedication to work hours required of the role

• Team player with excellence in collaboration across a matrixed environment



Requirements:

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant

• Polished & professional. Communication & organizational skills are key
