Customer Service Representative

1. With experience in handling/dealing with customers pertaining to:

a. Customers question regarding the services that the company is offering;

b. Suggesting information /options to customers regarding the services offered

2. Resolve existing or emerging issues/concerns of customers with accuracy and efficiency.

3. Must be courteous, enthusiastic and passionate in assisting/helping the customers

4. Must have good communication skills both oral and written

5. Has the ability to carry out assigned tasks with less supervision and with above average coordinating /feed backing skills.

6. Willing to take extra miles to assist the customers and accomplish expected output even beyond work schedule.

7. Experience in Shipping industry is an advantage

8. Assignment: Rockwell Center, Barangay Poblacion, Makati City.
