U.S. Based company hiring a Content Creator, SEO, & Social Media OFS

Job Overview:
We are a US-based company looking for a full-time, home-based Content Marketing & Social Media Specialist with a background in SEO (a Rockstar VA that has some experience but really wants to learn SEO and Digital Marketing).

We are seeking a creative individual with exceptional written language skills such as headline and copywriting to help build an audience and engagement on all our social media channels.

You will work directly for our Brand and Social Media Manager and interact with the company CEO. We have been in the eCommerce business for over 20 years with an office in Southern California.

This position is for someone who enjoys creating in Canva, knows content and copywriting, and wants to learn a lot!
You'll create graphics using Canva and help manage social media and share all content (graphics, articles, blog posts, and content created by others) that will drive audience growth and engagement to increase followers on all platforms.

You'll also learn IFTTT Pro recipes as well as other tools to create and implement a systematic approach to content distribution.

The position also includes communicating with customers, fans, and/or related businesses through social media by way of comments, likes, mentions, and/or shares. All correspondence online should be posted and/or shared according to our brand voice and excellent customer service skills.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

The Basics:
* Collaborating with the social media coordinator to provide attractive and informative campaigns
* Keeping up with technologies used in social media
* Using and understanding social media marketing tools
* Ability to do keyword research for relevant trends in the industries we serve
* Ability to write exceptional headlines, test them, and post content
* Ability to research and know when and what emojis and hashtags to use

Social Influencing:
* Increase engagement across all social media channels assigned to you
* Increase traffic across all social media channels assigned to you
* Increase Website Traffic to the ---------- website
* Increase brand awareness
* Help to generate leads and/or grow the company email list by way of content management and effective distribution

You will be highly considered if you have:
* Excellent knowledge of GMB, Quora, Facebook Groups, Facebook Pages, LinkedIn Groups, YouTube, Tumblr, Reddit, and other Social Media Platforms
* Have a minimum of 2-years experience managing social media accounts
* 2 Years of experience designing content
* 2 years of experience managing content for a WordPress blog and website

It’s also important that you know how to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an expert in them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them or a fast learner.
* Web research using search engines like Google, Duckduckgo, Bing, etc
* Google Docs and Sheets as well as other Google cloud applications
* Gmail and other email applications
* Google Calendar
* Communications apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, FB messenger, Google Meet, Zoom, etc
* Project management software Trello
* Screen capture software (web clipper, Nimbus)

What you'll use the applications for:
* ---------- - for graphic design
* ---------- - for scheduling and coordinating with the team
* SEMRush - Keyword research and social calendar
* Slack - company messaging and internal chat
* WordPress - for posting blogs, editing or updating link exchanges, proving appropriate content to others for backlinks.
-- Plugins include Gravity forms, wishlist member and several others.
* SEO Yoast and other necessary WordPress plugins to optimize blog posts and content
* Mailchimp - help manage email lists and email campaigns

This is a full-time, 40 hour a week position
Work hours are flexible but you must be available at least 3 - 4 hours a day for training during the first 90 days and an ongoing weekly meeting, weekdays between the hours of 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm Eastern Time (1:00 am - 9:00 am Manila Time).
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6 month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day - you can choose 6 of them to take off.

The starting salary is $750 USD monthly. We will pay you bi-weekly via ---------- on the 2nd and the 16th of every month. We also offer annual salary reviews with raises and bonuses based on job knowledge, initiative, performance, and attendance.

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
