? ACCOUNT MANAGER NEEDED - REMOTE POSITION
ROLE: In this role, you will be our dedicated account manager for our roster of clients, you will be responsible for:
-Onboarding Clients and Setting Proper Expectations - [Onboarding Slide Provided]
-Handling the Logistic of Launching - Ad account access, BM access etc.- [SOPs provided]
-Handling GHL and Twilio Logistic - [SOPs provided]
-Schedule weekly calls with our Head of client success
OUTCOME: Launch within 48 ---------- te: To succeed in this role, you must:
? SPEAK decent English for support calls
? LIKE working with people
? HAVE a good, reliable PC or COMPUTER with video camera, microphone and internet.
? HAVE a professional workspace
? MUST have a good attitude, SHOW UP on time and be responsible for key business outcomes.
