Marketing Assistant

My name is Tara and I'm looking for someone to be my VA for my financial coaching business. I offer coaching and online programs that educate people on their money mindset and investing strategies. The direction/content will come fro ---------- (as I am qualified to give financial/investing advice) and am looking for a VA who has an incredibly STRONG understanding of all social media platforms. You will be helping with all aspects of the “behind-the-scenes” for a successful coaching business (website, email marketing, social media, research, outreach) I’m a female entrepreneur who believes in building up everyone that I work with, so we provide training and direct feedback to help mentor you as well.

Requirements:
1. Strong attention to detail
2. Ability to design in Canva (graphics and videos)
3. STRONG understanding/experience of all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and how to post/manage accounts
4. Video Editing Skills (reels and TikTok, YouTube) Note: content will be provided
5. Can take direction and initiative to solve problems
6. Able to work hours in EST (Monday through Friday)
7. Excellent English speaking and writing skills
8. Knowledge of the Kajabi Platform and Wix Web Design (a valuable asset)?
*** Note: No experience in finance/investing is required??

Responsibilities:
Writing assignments (lifestyle/social media captions/tweets/emails)

Email Campaigns (scheduling content - via Kajabi)
Research assignments

Twitter - scheduling daily posts/retweets
Kajabi - utilizing platform to its fullest potential
Canva - creating presentations/packages for business
Travel assignments (looking up flights/itineraries/travel guides)
Idea Generation (to build business)
Reaching out to brands/companies (for social promo and/or speaking engagements)
Moderating on zoom masterclasses/assisting in Masterclass production
Follow up with clients (via email)
Preparing Presentations and digital graphics (via Canva)
Participating in Forums/Discussions
Clubhouse - signing up and joining the discussion
Looking into Texting Service for Business
