Amazon Business Support / Customer Service VA Needed

Full-time, long-term Amazon Business Virtual Assistant needed to hit the ground running and support all aspects of our business on ---------- and other e-Commerce ---------- ndidate must be a fast learner. Skills/experience must haves:

- 1+ years experience supporting an online Amazon business
- Managing all aspects of AMZ account health including seller feedback, policy compliance notifications and Amazon case logs
- Handle customer enquiries by e-mail, Amazon Seller Central, Facebook, social media, etc.
- Manage, create and monitor Amazon listings (flat file experience preferred)
- Creating, managing and evaluating Lightning Deals, 7 Day Deals, coupon campaigns
- Monitoring keyword rank, BSR, sub-category rankings and pricing for us and competitors
- Excellent with Google Sheets / Excel for daily and weekly business reporting
- Managing a database of expenses, invoices, cost of goods
- Checking invoices from vendors and suppliers for accuracy
- Support the management of inventory: helping with forecasts, restocks and re-orders
- Support marketing activities such as sales campaigns, social media, storefront and listing optimisation


We need a team-player who enjoys learning new things, solving problems, being creative and getting stuck in with any task to support all aspects of the business on Amazon and beyond.

We're a family owned business who've grown our company over the last six years from one product to an exciting, dynamic portfolio of more than 100 products on ---------- . We’re currently expanding to international marketplaces. The role is a full-time long-term employment opportunity, working remotely, 40 hours a week, so we require a candidate who can commit themselves to the role fully without other employment commitments. Training shall be provided.
